Our mission is total support for property people through asbestos surveying, project management, training and property compliance services throughout the UK. We make buildings and spaces safe for their occupants and legally compliant for their owners.

Our survey reports are clear and comprehensive and include a register of ACMS, marked up plans and photos. We work with a brilliant company called Flow Mobile Surveying. This amazing piece of software helps our asbestos surveyors create high-quality inspection reports in less time. It takes up to 2-hours to create an asbestos survey report by hand, Flow lets you create the same report in minutes with the data you've already collected on-site during the inspection. About Asbestos

Asbestos kills in excess of 5000 people each year in the U.K. It is not just an industrial disease of the past. Any building built before the year 2000 has the potential to contain asbestos.

If the asbestos is in a good, sealed condition it can usually be safely managed. If in poor condition or likely to be disturbed, then it needs to be remediated.

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, in addition to other regulations, approved codes of practice and guidance affect how we manage and work with asbestos.

We have a comprehensive range of services to assist duty holders and those with responsibilities for working with or managing asbestos, achieve full compliance.

Our consultancy service helps public and private sector clients meet their legal asbestos compliance with certainty and assuredness.
